GENERAL

We will only accept exchanges or refunds if we deem as significant manufacturing fault/ shipment damages.   

Any matters pertaining to returns & exchanges please contact us directly at
<admin@hammerhouse.com.sg> we will assess the matter and contact you for
a solution.
 

Do note that it has to be within 7 days of receiving the item and has to have all
the original packaging.
  

Only applies to Singapore orders for now. We do not accept exchange or refunds from international orders due to the high costs of reverse logistics (For such situations of manufacturing default would be best for the customer to contact the product brand directly to resolve as it direct and quicker).  

Yes it is. Checkout and select self collect option at the store located at 45A Temple Street, 058590 (Lvl 2 unit).

Do contact us first to arrange the pick up appointment.

ORDERING

Yes you can! Pre order listings are in their respective categories which you are able to also search via the Search bar. 

Full pre-payment is needed to confirm pre-orders.  

Yes you can, the shipping will be calculated & charged separately if it exceeds the default rates partly due due to Corona-virus situation.

Some products we can't ship overseas e.g. Games Workshop due to brand restrictions & Spray cans due to shipping restrictions.

Do contact us prior to purchase if in doubt.

Do create and account and log in for the prices to show up.

The discount prices are also reflected upon adding to cart.

Payment Info

We accept all major credit cards and also PayPal, GrabPay, PAYNOW, PayLah! & associated apps from all major banks. 

For split payment plans we have RelySg which is a 3mth instalment payment via debit or credit cards but its restricted to Singaporeans only.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped according to below criteria:

Ready stocks that are available (Normal orders)

- Standard Ninja van average 3-5 days lead time

- Express deliveries average 1-2 days lead time 

- International logistics will take longer and subjected to global shipping delays and restrictions avg. 7-21 days from ship out date.

Stocks that are on back order (Pre-orders)

- Games Workshop average 8-10 days lead time 

- Other brands average 14-30 days lead time  

For orders with a combination of available stocks & pre-order items. We will by default combine shipment to you once all stocks are in. Do contact us for any special arrangements.

By and large its subjected to suppliers availability and their shipping partners lead time. We will strive to delivery ASAP to you 😄 

Delivery cost is just $5 with tracking for Singapore addresses which generally takes 3 to 5 days. Unless the package is really large or is needed urgently, there is the next day express delivery service for just $10 flat which takes 1-2 days.

For international rates its calculated based on checkout default rate (up to 1kg) and might change due to the current Corona-virus shipping restrictions and such. If there might be a need to top up for international deliveries due to emergency surges we will contact you.

Subjected to supplier availability & shipping to Singapore, generally as follows: 

- Games Workshop average 8-10 days lead time 

- Other brands average 14-30 days lead time
