We will only accept exchanges or refunds if we deem as significant manufacturing fault/ shipment damages. Any matters pertaining to returns & exchanges please contact us directly at <firstname.lastname@example.org> with relevant pictures we will assess the matter and contact you for a solution. Do note that it has to be within 7 days of receiving the item and has to have all the original packaging.
Only applies to Singapore orders for now. We do not accept exchange or refunds from international orders due to the high costs of reverse logistics (For such situations of manufacturing default would be best for the customer to contact the product brand directly to resolve as it direct and quicker).
Yes it is. Select self collect option upon checkout please. We will inform you via email once its ready for pickup.
Yes you can, the shipping will be calculated & charged based on courier actual shipping rates at the point of purchase in which we will refund/ request for top up after confirming with the courier. Some products we can't ship overseas e.g. Games Workshop or Spray cans etc. due to brand/ import restrictions.
Yes you can. Pre order listings are in their respective categories which you are able to also search via the Search bar. Full pre-payment is needed to confirm pre-orders.
The discount prices are automatically reflected upon adding to cart. For a better shopping experience do create an account and login to view the available discounted prices listed upfront by product. If you freshly created an account do refresh the page to view the discounts.
We accept all major credit cards and also PayPal, GrabPay, PAYNOW, PayLah! & associated apps from all major banks. For split payment plans we have hoolah which is a 3mth buy now pay later instalment payment via debit or credit cards but its restricted to Singaporeans only.
All orders will be shipped according to below criteria:
Ready stocks that are available (In stock orders):
- Standard delivery 3-5 days lead time
- Express deliveries 1-2 days lead time
- International logistics will take longer and subjected to global shipping delays and restrictions 7-14 days lead time
Stocks that are on back order (Pre-orders):
- Games Workshop average 7-10 days lead time + Shipping to reach you
- Other brands average 14-30 days lead time + Shipping to reach you
For orders with a combination of available stocks & pre-order items. We will by default combine shipment to you once all stocks are in. Do contact us for any special arrangements.
By and large its subjected to suppliers availability and their shipping partners lead time. We will strive to delivery ASAP to you.
Standard Singapore local delivery is just $5 with tracking which generally takes 3 to 5 days. There is also the express delivery service for just $10 which takes 1-2 days. For international shipping, rates are calculated based on actual courier rates, we charge a default rate and will refund/ request to top up based on the actual courier charges.
Subjected to supplier availability & shipping to Singapore, generally as follows:
- Games Workshop average 7-10 days lead time
- Other brands average 14-30 days lead time
