GENERAL

Can I exchange or return my order? We offer resolutions for items with significant manufacturing faults or those damaged during transit, provided they are reported within 7 days of receipt with all original packaging intact.

How to proceed: Email us at admin@hammerhouse.com.sg with relevant photos. Our team will assess the situation and contact you with a proposed solution.

International Orders: At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to high shipping costs. In the event of a manufacturing defect, contacting the brand’s headquarters directly is often the fastest way to secure a replacement or solution.

Absolutely. You can opt for self-collection by selecting the Self-Collect option at checkout. We will keep you updated on your order status and will send a formal email notification as soon as your items are ready for collection at our store.

ORDERING

How do I identify and place a pre-order? Pre-order items are marked with a distinct ribbon on the top-left of the listing or an indicated release date. To ensure all customers have a fair opportunity to secure high-demand items, we require full payment upon checkout to confirm your pre-order.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship globally using DHL. To ensure you pay the fairest price, we use real-time courier rates. If the actual cost at the time of shipping differs from the checkout total, we will reach out to settle the balance or refund you the excess.

Are there any restrictions? Yes. Due to international export laws and brand licensing agreements, we cannot ship the following items outside of Singapore:

  • Brand-restricted items (e.g., Games Workshop)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., pressurized spray paints)

  • Large-scale products that exceed standard shipping dimensions

To ensure you receive the most accurate and competitive pricing, all eligible discounts are automatically applied once items are added to your cart. For the most streamlined shopping experience, we recommend creating an account and logging in. This allows you to view exclusive, upfront discounted pricing directly on our product listings as you browse.

PAYMENT

We strive to provide a seamless checkout experience by offering a variety of payment options:

  • Global Payments: All major credit cards and PayPal.

  • Local Singapore Transfers: GrabPay, PayNow, and PayLah! (including integrated apps from all major Singaporean banks).

  • Installment Plans: We offer interest-free 3-month installments via Atome for Singapore-based customers (applicable to both debit and credit cards).

  • In-Store Only: We are pleased to accept CDC Vouchers for all physical retail purchases.

SHIPPING

Ready stock items typically arrive within 5–8 days, while international shipping is subject to global courier timelines. Pre-orders generally take 14–45 days. Please be advised that we default to consolidated shipping; if your order contains both ready stock and pre-order items, it will only be dispatched once the entire order is complete. For faster delivery of in-stock items, please checkout separately.

Shipping & Delivery Information

  • Local Delivery (Singapore): We offer standard local delivery at a flat rate of $8, with an estimated fulfillment window of 5–8 business days.

  • International Shipping: International orders are processed at a base shipping rate. Please note that additional charges may apply based on actual courier costs; in such cases, we will contact you to settle the balance before dispatching your order.

Subjected to supplier availability & shipping lead time, generally as follows:

  • Games Workshop average 7-10 days lead time 
  • Other brands average 14-30 days lead time
